It combines Ayurveda massage with the “open palm” technique used in oncology massage. This gently draws encapsulated energy out of your body without disrupting the lymphatic system or activating muscle memory. The deliberately slow, downward moving strokes quiet your static energy, grounding you, allowing for balance and clear thinking.
CBT may be used to gain new insights into how to circumvent negative automatic nervous system responses. Guided imagery and yoga breathwork initiate a meditative state along with autidory stimulus, raising your vibrations, moving you out of beta brain wave activity (14-30 Hz) into theta brain wave activity (4-8 Hz) where thoughts flow unencumbered, resulting in an uncluttered mind and greater productivity after the session.

Visualization is a powerful tool. Our mind hurries though each day from one task to the next, often never moving out of the beta brain wave state. DIRECTIONS
Add almond milk, powder, fresh kale and ice water into a high speed blender. Blend on high for 2 minutes. Pour into a tall glass and serve at once.
This is best when served icy cold and before the nutrients are released.
